Fishing in BC's Regions
British Columbia is divided into six tourism regions - Vancouver Island; Vancouver, Coast, and Mountains; Thompson Okanagan; Kootenay Rockies; Cariboo Chilcotin Coast; and Northern BC. All six regions are unique and offer a variety of thrilling fishing experiences for all ages and budgets.
Each region has its own tourism office with knowledgeable staff who can help you make the most of your vacation, and also feature exceptional websites with lots of fishing-related information. There are also more than one hundred Tourism BC Visitor Info Centres throughout the province, with a huge range of printed materials and good local and regional advice.
